XBSY Sand Pump is a high-efficiency centrifugal pump engineered for oilfield solids control applications. The Sand Pump features a durable mechanical seal system with tungsten carbide sealing faces and carbon fiber auxiliary seals. This design offers strong resistance to abrasion caused by drilling fluids containing sand and other solid particles. It helps extend seal service life, reduce the possibility of leakage, and lower maintenance requirements during long-term operation.
The impeller and volute casing are optimized through CFD-based hydraulic analysis to minimize flow losses and improve overall pumping efficiency. Wear-resistant high-chromium cast iron components provide enhanced protection against erosion from sand and solid particles, helping extend maintenance intervals and reduce operating expenses.
Designed with a compact and practical structure, the pump supports both direct-drive and belt-drive configurations for different installation requirements. It is easy to install, operate, and maintain, making it suitable for oil & gas drilling operations, desander and desilter feeding, mud circulation, and various other solids control applications.
